The Impact Training Program is a part of the overall training experience provided to all route technicians beginning a new career with Magic One. Once you have completed the hands on technical training, you will participate in three weeks of field training with an Impact Trainer.
During these three weeks, you will learn Magic One policies, procedures and processes to successfully function in a route setting. Impact Trainers will assist in both technical enhancement, as well as, how to interact with our customers. We take pride in providing excellent customer service and we help you understand that taking care of our customers is our number one goal.
Our Impact Program teaches you everything you need to know to be successful and have a great career in the automotive reconditioning business. Upon completion of Impact Training our technicians are fully prepared to take on most anything in the field. They have the confidence and the know how to make an immediate IMPACT on their career. Even though the Impact Program is only three weeks, the relationship with an Impact Trainer continues throughout the technician’s career.
